Our Quebec City Home Exchange Paradise
Country living right downtown
City livinig with Country style
Welcome to our home in the heart of downtown Quebec City. We offer the convenience of city living with the comfort and peace of mind of being away from the hustle and bustle. Be a stone’s throw away from all our wonderful city has to offer while enjoying the tranquillity of parks, a backyard, and all the amenities you have at home. It is what we Quebecers like to call “La Campagne en Ville”

House tour
The kitchen, dining room, and living room
Our kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, accommodating island, all the condiments a chef would need, and most importantly, space. All of this coupled with a dining area and living room in an open concept (1st floor). The island is also fun to stand at when receiving guests. It is the ultimate spot for family activities, and common interactions. Click on the photos to see larger versions.
The living room is equipped with a 49-inch flatscreen with Bell Fibe TV. With all the Canadian Bell TV channels. We also have Netflix, and Prime TV with a Guest account. Wifi at our house can be wired or wireless (500 Mbits download and upload, 100 MBits wireless)

Rooms, rooms, rooms
Our Quebec city home has 3 full bedrooms and 1 flexible office area (Which can be converted to a sleeping area). The room list is as follows
- Kitchen, dining, and living room open concept (3 rooms)
- 2 bathrooms (small but very well equipped)
- 3 bedrooms
- 1 home office area/man cave/sleeping area (60-inch flat screen)
- 1 water area for laundry, folding and ironing
For those who need to work remotely, both the office and one bedroom are equipped with a 500mbits wired internet connection and a full working area. See pics.

Outside (Summer/Winter)
We have no less than three patios (2 on the second floor and a large one on the main floor). For summer visitors, we have a green backyard with a small pool. The back outdoor area essentially has everything that you have inside. BBQ, living room area, and dining picnic table. The front patio is on the second floor and is accessed by the second floor office.

The Neighborhood
We love our house mostly because of the neighbourhood. We are a bike ride away from the city core but far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we need it. If you prefer public transport, the bus stop is at the end of the street. Settle in here, and you might never need to take your car for your stay.
We are close enough to all the amenities. This includes a Grocery store, the Grand Market, evening dining, and parks.
- Le Plaines d’Abraham
- Parc linéraire
- Parc de la Jacques Cartier
- Mont Ste Anne
- Petite Rivève St François
- Chuttes Montmorency
Quebec City is also no more than 40 minutes away from some of the most beautiful state parks.
