My Fujinon XF 8-16mm F/2.8 R LM WR review

A little bit about the Fujinon 8-16mm f/2.8

Fujifilm sent me the XF8-16mm F/2.8 R LM WR to look at. I decided to take it out in the streets of Quebec city with the Fujifilm X-T30 strapped to it. I say strapped to it because it is bigger than the camera by quite a bit. The purpose of this video is to do mostly street photography with this lens to see what it was like. It was also to get a feel for the Fujifilm X-T30 which, on paper, is pretty darned amazing for its 899$ price tag.

My impressions

This lens is surprisingly sharp, has almost no chromatic aberration, and no barrel distortion zoomed out at the wide end. Sample images that I took are nothing short of spectacular in every way shape and form.
